Mashadi is an experienced facilitator especially in Harm Reduction and HIV prevention in prison setting program, Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health and Right, Behavior Change Communication, Advocacy and Communication. His 10 years experience in working with development issue in special area of Management, Advocacy and communication for Gender Mainstreaming, Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health, HIV and AIDS and Community development for most at risk and marginalized community has enriched his facilitation and training skill.
Mashadi also able to provides a wide range of technical assistance to civil society organisations, local governments, and development agencies in several Indonesia regions, particularly Java, Bali, Sumatera, and Kalimantan with focus on Community System Strengthening, Organization Capacity Development, Governance, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Development.
He is experienced in working with various partners such as NGO’s, Donor Agencies, and National Stakeholder in Indonesia namely Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Law and Human Right, Coordinating Ministry of Welfare, National Narcotic Agency, Ministry of Social Affair; Civil Societies; grass root beneficiaries (farmer, labor, LGBT, Most at risk Group, and other marginalized community); Donors and International Development Partners (UN Agencies, AUSAID, USAID, and The Global Fund). His involvement were closely related with strengthening Government agencies, civil society, and communities. His choice of methodology & approach which treats both parties as part of equal partners to achieve program outcome, supported with good analytical skill and knowledge of Indonesian context of governance and social development sectors, has successfully communication gap and ensure program achievement. This experience has successfully solved communication gap and ensure program achievement.
He is also a photography enthusiast with a delicate touch in Human Interest and journalistic photography that might come handy in organization and/or training need documentation.
