Sally has worked as a consultant to various donor-funded development projects on a variety of assignments that have called for strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, synthesise and present complex data and policy issues in a clear, concise manner. Since 2002 she has been working with governments, INGOs, CSOs and UN agencies on responses to HIV epidemics in the region.
Over the last decade she has completed several consultancies for UNAIDS, the Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and FHI 360, among others, related to governance and oversight; program design, management and implementation; proposal development; policy analysis; researching and writing reports and case studies. Although based permanently in Indonesia, she has also worked in Cambodia, Nepal, Bhutan, China, North Korea, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and the Pacific Islands.
