The program based on MBSR program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, which help him to this day coping with Covid19 pandemic. How being mindful & presence with the “now” is really helpful in dealing with life dynamic which will never be certain.

Along with over 10 years of professional experience in communication, creative and also entrepreneurship helped him in shaping a strategic yet flexible communication style.
