Dr. Rosita Rivai, M.M

She is a physician and health leader with more than two decades of experience in clinical practice, medical education, and organizational management. She graduated from Hasanuddin University’s Faculty of Medicine and later earned a Master’s in Management from Mercubuana University, combining medical expertise with strategic leadership skills.
 
Her career journey reflects a balance between clinical service and organizational leadership. She has served as General Manager of the Health Division at Dompet Dhuafa, President Director of PT. Daya Dinamika Klinik, and Partnership Manager at PT. Medidata Indonesia. She has also worked as a medical consultant for leading corporations, including Unilever and Paragon Corp. In these roles, Dr. Rosita has successfully built networks, designed health programs, and strengthened collaboration between medical institutions and the private sector.
 
She has led national initiatives such as the IDI-WHO program to combat Covid-19, digital doctor training with Danone, and hospital collaboration projects with Mayora and Godrej. Her humanitarian commitment is evident in her involvement with the Indonesian Humanitarian Alliance health team for Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh.
Beyond her professional career, Dr. Rosita has played an active role in medical associations, serving as Secretary General of the Indonesian Emergency Doctors Association and Deputy Secretary General of the Indonesian Medical Association. She also champions social movements through the Indonesian Nutrition Awareness Community and the Puan Medisina Indonesia Foundation.
