Known affectionately as Pica, Frisca Fitriana was born in Ruteng, Flores, East Nusa Tenggara. She earned her Diploma in Midwifery from the William Booth Midwifery Academy in Surabaya and continued her studies at the Faculty of Public Health, Esa Unggul University, Jakarta, focusing on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). This field of study equipped her with knowledge in healthcare services, workplace safety, and the management of healthy and productive work environments.
From the start of her career, Frisca has gained diverse experiences across various sectors that have enriched her professional skills and broadened her perspectives. She began as a Brand Presenter (BP) at PT Visionet International, where she was responsible for promoting, expanding reach, and enhancing the brand’s popularity. Through this role, she developed a foundation in professional communication, operational responsibilities, and time management.
After several years of service, Frisca continued her journey as an administrative officer at a pharmaceutical company in Jakarta. This position required strong attention to detail, data management, and coordination with multiple parties to ensure smooth company operations. To further develop her administrative skills, Frisca later joined BNI Multifinance. Her responsibilities in financial administration and customer service strengthened her ability to work systematically and efficiently within a corporate environment.
Since July 2023, Frisca has officially become part of the Angsamerah team, beginning her role as Customer Care. In this position, she interacted directly with patients, ensuring that services were friendly, prompt, and met clinical standards. Over time, as the organization’s needs evolved and her own capacity grew, she was entrusted with a new responsibility as a Data Officer managing, verifying, and analyzing patient and operational data to support accurate decision-making and continuous improvement of clinical service quality.
Through her education and career experiences, Frisca has cultivated a strong drive for growth. She is not easily satisfied with the status quo, continually striving to enhance her technical and interpersonal skills, adapt to the dynamic world of work, and contribute actively to creating a healthy, productive, and quality-oriented work environment.
