Throughout her career, Mrs. Puspa has contributed to the financial management of several leading Indonesian business groups, including Gunung Sewu Group, Modern Group (Fuji), Agung Sedayu Group, and Agung Podomoro Group. These experiences have strengthened her expertise in financial operations, business analysis, strategic planning, and organizational development.
Beyond financial reporting, she views accounting as a powerful tool for understanding business performance and supporting informed decision-making. Her expertise includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, system migration, process and job costing design, taxation, and the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to enhance organizational performance.
In addition to her role at PT Angsamerah, Mrs. Puspa also supports the management of Yayasan Anak Bangsa Merajut Harapan, reflecting her commitment to balancing professional excellence with social impact. She further contributes her expertise by serving as Treasurer for both a church clinic and an educational foundation.
