A public policy practitioner experienced in working with international organizations, private contractors and local governments (national, subnation); A community facilitator, training marginalized populations from a variety of issues: SOGIESC, women and youth violence (GBV), HIV positive people and key populations (people who use drugs, PLHIV, TG/MSM, sex workers and women and youth affected by HIV), harm reduction & drug policy reform and mental health. A researcher and university lecturer in behavior change interventions (social marketing) and external and government relations.
Scope of experience include: multi-sectoral interventions: Government, Private and Community Relations, community system strengthening, development action plan for the public budget (APBN/APBD), policy advocacy & development, international aid-based project management, NGO project management and policy development.
Mentionable achievement, among others:
- managing the development of the Indonesian Government Guideline of the Attorney General office for access to Justice for Women and Children in Handling Criminal Cases (Guideline AG no.1/2021);
- facilitating ASEAN members through Indonesia’s leadership for the ASEAN Cities Getting to Zero Initiative of the National AIDS Commission;
- working with MoH and local governments for setting up the health services for people who use drugs (harm reduction, comprising of NSP and MMT) in public clinics supported by local (APBN/D) and international funds, this includes the first SE Asia MMT set up in prison setting (Bali & Jakarta).
