Divisions

Within PT. Angsamerah, a comprehensive organisational structure ensures efficient operations and a strategic management of resources. The company is divided into five key divisions, each playing a crucial role in driving the organisation towards its goals:

  • Business Development & Partnership: This division focuses on forging strategic alliances to expand the company’s reach and impact. Through proactive engagement with stakeholders, they have the chance to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration within the healthcare sector. 
  • Medical Division: This division is responsible for overseeing medical operations and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality of service. From maintaining medical standards to implementing innovative treatment protocols, the division plays a vital role in upholding Angsamerah’s commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Operation: The operations division oversees various operational aspects such as customer care, procurement, logistics, data management, maintenance, marketing, and media design. By coordinating these functions seamlessly, the division is able to enhance the overall operational efficiency of Angsamerah.
  • Finance: The finance division is responsible for the company’s fiscal policy, ensuring the orderly allocation of resources and Angsamerah’s financial sustainability. Through diligent budgeting and analysis, the division is imperative within decision-making processes and ensures the organisation’s long-term lucrativity.
  • HR & Legal: The division is responsible for overseeing recruitment, talent development, and the organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirements. By fostering a supportive work environment and ensuring adherence to legal standards, HR & Legal contributes to Angsamerah’s reputation as a responsible and ethical organism, both in intra-organisational relations and with external partners and clients.

Management Team

At the helm of PT. Angsamerah is a dedicated management team comprising seasoned professionals who provide the organisation’s strategic direction and leadership. This team consists of:

  • Director. Responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and vision of the company, the Director plays a pivotal role in guiding Angsamerah towards its objectives.
  • Managers of Divisions. With five managers overseeing their respective divisions, they are each tasked with the operational management, goal setting, and efficient functioning of their departments.
  • Adviser Health System and Business. This role provides specialized expertise in healthcare systems and business strategy, offering valuable insights to inform decision-making processes.
    • Health System Adviser. Serves as an able expert providing review and advice to future projects/business plans, as well as maintaining quality control of the implementation and monitoring of the Angsamerah healthcare services and education program.
    • IT Senior Specialist. With expertise in information technology, this specialist ensures the effective implementation and maintenance of our IT systems, supporting the organisation’s digital infrastructure.

The management team contains eight individuals, supported by nine staff members contributing to the day-to-day operations and execution of organisational initiatives. Together, they form a cohesive and dynamic team dedicated to advancing the mission and vision of PT. Angsamerah.

PT. Angsamerah has recently partnered with IQVIA to oversee the implementation of the Differentiated Service Delivery program in Indonesia, commissioned by Global Fund Geneva. Our expertise has been instrumental in providing technical guidance for establishing HIV care protocols in 20 major private big chain hospitals across six provinces.

Furthermore, our project on Public Private Community Partnership (PPCP) has garnered attention from Global Fund Geneva, leading to an invitation to present the program at a meeting in Nigeria. Our current focus is on securing continued funding from Global Fund Geneva to sustain our technical support initiatives.

In line with our strategic growth plans, PT. Angsamerah acquired a property in Menteng in October 2023, marking a significant milestone in our expansion efforts.

Future Outlook (By 2033)

  • Over the next decade, PT. Angsamerah aims to establish new clinics in key cities such as Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Bandung, and Batam, with a maximum target of 10 major cities in Indonesia.
  • Additionally, we plan to expand our reach by introducing Angsamerah Sexual Healthcare Services in 100 clinics nationwide, catering to a broader spectrum of healthcare needs. Currently, two partners have joined this model partnership: Kiera Clinic at Cimahi and Private Practice dr. Lamsaria Siburian, MARS in Depok. Both facilities are located in West Java province.
  • In alignment with our commitment to providing accessible healthcare, we aspire to establish Angsamerah Sexual Healthcare Services in 100 private hospitals across Indonesia, ensuring comprehensive care for all segments of society.
  • Looking beyond national borders, PT. Angsamerah envisions the establishment of clinics in five other countries, extending our impact and expertise to an international audience.
