Divisions
PT. Angsamerah operates through a comprehensive organisational structure that ensures efficiency and strategic resource management. The company consists of five core divisions:
- Business Development & Partnership: Responsible for building strategic alliances to expand Angsamerah’s reach and impact. This division identifies opportunities for growth and collaboration within the healthcare sector.
- Medical Division: Oversees medical operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality clinical services. It maintains medical standards and implements innovative treatment protocols, upholding Angsamerah’s commitment to excellence.
- Operation: Manages customer care, procurement, logistics, data, facility maintenance, marketing, and media design. This division ensures seamless coordination and overall operational efficiency.
- Finance: Manages financial policy, budgeting, analysis, and long-term sustainability. It plays a key role in decision-making and maintaining organisational viability.
- HR & Legal: Oversees recruitment, talent development, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This division ensures a supportive work environment and maintains ethical standards in internal and external relationships.
Management Team
PT. Angsamerah is led by a committed management team of experienced professionals who provide strategic direction and leadership:
- Director. Guides overall strategy and vision.
- Division Managers (5). Oversee operations, goals, and performance within each division.
- Adviser for Health Systems and Business. Provides expert guidance on healthcare systems and business strategy.
- Health System Adviser. Reviews project plans, ensures quality control of healthcare services and education programs.
- IT Senior Specialist. Ensures effective IT system implementation and digital infrastructure support.
The management team consists of eight members, supported by nine staff who handle daily operations and programme implementation.
PT. Angsamerah has recently partnered with IQVIA to oversee the implementation of the Differentiated Service Delivery program in Indonesia, commissioned by Global Fund Geneva. We provide technical guidance for HIV care protocols in 20 major private hospital chains across six provinces..
Our Public Private Community Partnership (PPCP) project also gained recognition from Global Fund Geneva, leading to an invitation to present at a meeting in Nigeria. We are currently working toward securing continued funding to support our technical initiatives.

Future Outlook (By 2033)
By 2033, PT. Angsamerah aims to:
- Establish new clinics in major cities including Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Bandung, and Batam—up to 10 cities nationwide.
- Expand Angsamerah Sexual Healthcare Services to 100 clinics across Indonesia.
- Two partners have joined this model partnership: Kiera Clinic at Cimahi and Private Practice dr. Lamsaria Siburian, MARS in Depok.
- Introduce Angsamerah Sexual Healthcare Services in 100 private hospitals nationwide.
- Establish Angsamerah clinics in five other countries, expanding international impact.
